Delivery

• Free delivery on all orders over 100$
• Standard flat shiiping rate 5$ 
• Local delivery options available in the montreal region
• Local pickup options available

Delivery are made via Canada Post services. Regular delivery times apply.

You might expect a period of 2 to 10 days starting at the shipping time before receiving your items. However, expect a longer delay for a delivery outside of urban centers or in remote areas. For more informations on delivery and your order process, visit postescanada.ca. 

For out of stock articles or custom-made orders, please allow 15 to 21 business days to receive your order

Refunds and exchanges

Note that:

• Articles can be returned within 10 days following the reception.
• A return label will be issued;
• Returned articles must not have been used or worn, or else we’ll send them back to you;
• For sanitary reasons, jewels cannot be returned or exchanged;
• Effy Style is not responsible for the damages and losses that can occur during the delivery process.

Return process:

• Return the article in the 10 days following the reception of your order:
• Before sending it back to us, please notify us by email at: service@effystyle.com;
• We will issue a return label;
• We’ll examine the product and let you know if refund or  exchange request is accepted;
• You’ll receive a gift certificate of the same value as the returned article or the total refund;
• You’ll only receive your gift certificate or the refund if you follow these steps to the letter.
