Canada: Return shipping is supported by Effy Style, and a return label will be issued.

USA & Other Countries: Customers outside of Canada are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs, or they may choose to receive a store credit option instead.

Item Condition: Returned articles must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition. Items that show signs of wear will be sent back to the customer.

Final Sale Items: For sanitary reasons, jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping Liability: Effy Style is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during the return transit process.

Step-by-Step Return Process:

Notify Us: Within 10 days of receiving your order, contact us by email at service@effystyle.com to initiate your return.

Get Your Label: We will issue and send you a return label (Canadian orders will use the provided return label; international customers will ship using their chosen carrier or select store credit).

Inspection: Once we receive and examine the returned product, we will let you know whether your refund or exchange request has been accepted.

Resolution: Upon successful completion of the steps, you will receive either a total refund or a gift certificate of the same value as the returned article.
